Welcome to Our Mission

At Medaria Aid, we don’t just provide assistance — we deliver lifelines.
From bombed-out villages to frontline trenches, we bring relief where hope is fading. We stand with medics, soldiers, civilians, and orphans — not with words, but with action.
This is not charity. It’s solidarity.

Our Personal Mission

The Why We Do It

This isn’t just a project. It’s personal.
Medaria Aid was born from lived experience — from the sleepless nights, the unanswered messages, and the gnawing worry of watching our sons volunteer to serve on the front lines of Ukraine. We are two mothers who have spent the last three years doing whatever we could to support our sons and those around them — gathering gear, sending aid, raising funds, and standing watch from afar.
We’ve seen the heartbreak. We’ve heard the calls when medics ran out of supplies and stretchers. We’ve read the names of those who didn’t make it. We’ve witnessed firsthand the quiet, unshakable courage of the Ukrainian people — and the impossible odds they face.
We do this because no mother should have to bury her child without knowing someone tried to save them.
Because no soldier should bleed out waiting for help.
Because no civilian should be left behind.
Because no orphan should grow up forgotten by the world.

Our Mission – Our Promise

We created Medaria Aid to get help where it matters most — to the medics pulling people from rubble, to the volunteers evacuating the wounded, to the frontline units defending freedom, and to the children enduring a war they never chose.
This is our promise:
We will not stop.
We will not look away.
We will do everything in our power to get help to those who need it.
For the living.
For the fallen.
For our sons.
For Roman, our dear friend and tireless humanitarian, who taught us to never give up — and whose legacy lives in every mile we drive, every kit we deliver, and every life we reach.
This is our mission.
And we won’t let it go.

Supporting Frontline Medics

Ukraine’s frontline medics face unimaginable conditions. They work in bombed-out buildings, trenches, forests, and villages under constant threat of shelling. These are not hospitals — they are makeshift aid posts where seconds can mean the difference between life and death.
At Medaria Aid, we provide these medics with the critical tools they need to save lives:
Combat-grade IFAKs (Individual First Aid Kits)
Hemostatic tourniquets and trauma dressings
Soft stretchers and evacuation gear
Portable IV warmers and field communications
Medevac-ready 4WDs and quadbikes that can reach places ambulances never could
Their job is relentless. Exhausting. Dangerous. But they keep showing up — and with your help, so do we.

HUMANITARIAN AID

We are committed to helping Orphans

In the shadow of war, thousands of Ukrainian children have lost their homes, families, and safety. Medaria Aid partners with trusted local networks to provide direct support to orphanages across Ukraine — including those in high-risk and liberated zones. Our aid includes warm clothing, hygiene items, nutritious food, school supplies, trauma support materials, and toys that bring back a little bit of childhood.
We tailor each delivery to meet the unique needs of the orphanage and what they have requested, because they know exactly what they need..

The Story of Bear

The Story of Bear

Mascot. Veteran. Wanderer. Hope-Bringer.

Before he ever stepped foot in Ukraine, Bear had already lived a lifetime of service.

Long ago, Bear stood tall (and quite cuddly) as the official mascot for the UK’s Help for Heroes campaign. Dressed in his proud British military uniform and sporting a white cast on one leg — a badge of honor for all the wounded he represented — Bear marched at marathons, waved at crowds, hugged children, and raised spirits (and donations) for veterans across the country. Wherever he went, people smiled. Bear was a symbol of resilience and care — and he wore that role with pride.

But time passed, and as campaigns moved on and stores changed hands, Bear was quietly packed into a cardboard box in a UK chain store. That store eventually closed its doors, and everything inside — from signs to uniforms to even Bear himself — was marked for disposal.

Forgotten in the corner, Bear sat in the dark for years.

Then, something unexpected happened. Read Bear’s whole story here!!
